  • Before You Go: A Checklist for AP77 Events

AP77 events and activities are meant to be easy, social and enjoyable. A little preparation helps. This checklist covers what to look at before you go to an AP77 event, using the guidance that appears on the official sites.

    1. Read the latest details

Event information can change. Always check the current AP77 event page on ap77club.com, and any official venue or organiser information, shortly before you set off. Do not rely on a screenshot or an old message.

    2. Make sure it suits you

The most popular event is not automatically the best one for you. Consider:

    • the type of activity and group format,
    • the location and how you will get there,
    • the timing,
    • any participation requirements, such as age or capacity.

    3. Think about practical fit

Pick something that matches your time, budget and comfort level. A good first experience is more likely to turn into a second one.

    4. Decide how you will arrive

Coming alone is completely normal at AP77, and so is coming with a friend. Shared activities give everyone something to talk about, which makes the first conversation easier.

    5. Be a considerate guest

    • Respect venue rules and staff.
    • Respect other people’s personal boundaries.
    • Make your own sensible choices and plan your own way home.

    6. Protect your information

You should not need to share sensitive personal information to attend a social activity. Only use official AP77 channels, and check the official links page if a message or page looks unusual.

    Nothing on that suits you?

If no current event fits, AP77 Club suggests browsing activities for evergreen ideas instead. You can also read our guides for inspiration.
